Frequently Asked Questions
How does the meeting planner work?
When you add cities, the planner shows each one's local work hours on a 24-hour grid. Time slots where all cities' work hours overlap are highlighted in green — these are the best times for everyone to meet.
How many cities can I add?
You can add up to 6 cities at once. For larger groups, we recommend splitting the team into smaller groups and planning separately.
Does the planner account for daylight saving time (DST)?
Yes. All calculations use the IANA time zone database and apply DST transitions automatically. Even when cities have different DST rules, you'll see the correct result.
Which calendar apps support the .ics file?
The .ics format is a universal standard supported by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (macOS/iOS), Microsoft Outlook, and Thunderbird. Just double-click the file to import the meeting.
How does the share link work?
When you click Share, your selected cities are encoded into the URL and copied to your clipboard. Anyone with the link opens the page with the same city selection — no account required.
